The conference is organized by a group of doctoral students on the University of Lisbon's International PhD Programme in Comparative Studies, coming from different academic backgrounds, from literary and postcolonial studies, to translation and gender studies. 

 

The event was possible thanks to the collaboration between three different research groups within the University of Lisbon's Centre for Comparative Studies, namely:

• CILM - City and (In)Security in Literature and the Media

• P’ARTE: Pensar, praticar, partilhar, perturbar, provocar ARTE
